Create a to-do list, establish who's doing what, and explain in detail what needs to be done.

 

Minutes of Meeting

Decided Batuhan is going to do most of the powerpoint

We are going to do a video, most likely as a group project

Caught Batuhan up with what's to be done and whats expected from the powerpoint

Updated the Duty Roster

Met with the Executive Team so they know where our group stands

 

Next Steps:

Finish the powerpoint by the end of the week

Hi, good MOM. Perhaps add the date. For example, I think you want a decent version of the PowerPoint by Thursday so team can review. I understand Jacab has version of a PowerPoint done. Someone has to show him how to upload. I suggest Batuhan starts by creating the content of the presentation for the software info and tips. Remember to add some tips.

Hi Mr. Gill,
The date is already on this, it's at the top right corner. I have spoken to Batuhan and he said that the powerpoint is complete and that he will upload it.
