1. One idea that was brought up in class today was the idea of having a refreshment table. Would you prefer a pool of money where we all contribute a set amount of money, or volunteer based.

2. Provide a tips handout to the participants.

3. May 20 - Volunteer Schedule FINAL- Copy of Copy of Copy of Students Today, Leaders Tomorrow Conference Duty Rooster - Prashanthi P.xlsx

4. Food list

5. I will take care of the catering orders. Please comment below if you have any ideas. Im thinking QuikChik or subway. Maybe even pizza.-Jacob

6. This link is a list of the ideas that were suggested in our rehearsal. link

Someone has to volunteer to take charge of the idea to make it happen and remember to priority is getting your presentations and software demonstrations organized. We also need conference summary material to launch our conference marketing. I will volunteer to bring Tea!

would the refreshment table be for our class or for our guests?

Sydney, I think we could do it for both?

I personally think that the idea that was brought up today in class, about the tips for everyone in the audience about stuff in the presentations, isn't helpful. For one it'll be a complete waste of paper, printing off however many copies times however many groups there are. Also, there won't be a reason for the audience to listen to the presentations because they'll have it all summarized on their paper.

Hi, you are right. no point printing. tips on presentations and perhaps on the website? Or people can tweet out a tip in advance to promote the conference or tweet a tip during the presentation.

Yeah i think it would be better if we keep it in the presentation otherwise they would just lose interest to watch the presentation.

Maybe we should pool all the tips ,and put it on a word document and make it easy to download.

If we are going to do refreshments, I think the best way is for everyone to contribute 5$ and someone to buy snacks.

Good idea. I will put in $20.

Mr. Gill I think it will be better if we first collect the money and then give it to one individual along with the list of the items that we need to buy.

I looked at the schedule. The Greeters each period have to be on the door and seating all period they are assigned. Some items have no names. I think we need Two people on the TweetDeck each period. Perhaps different pairs on Tech Managers? Also need someone in charge of the Mic and clicker each session to not get lost or use as a laser! MC duty could switch per period? You can go through your spreadsheet with Exec and then share with team. Think about how too make it clear so everyone knows what they are doing all day.

I will talk to the Exec team and we will ensure that there are individuals responsible for the Clicker, and the mikes. The greeters are the individuals in the green colored blocks. I changed them each period and I also ensured that those individuals don't present during the same period.
