Risk Analysis:

Some factors that can hinder the production of the conference within our groups would be the fact that many of the team members show up late to meetings and are sometimes absent. This is a problem because it causes team meetings to be slow and ineffective. In this way, the lack of continuity can have great effects on the overall success of the conference. A problem that we can face as a team is that, team members are not fully clear on specific tasks and how to properly execute them. To solve this problem, I can facilitate more meetings and also meet with the Project Director more ofen to aid in the my team in understanding the tasks given. As a team, we are becoming more fluent in communicating, and this has aided in our work performance as a group. Some  ways of resolving this issue would be to introduce incentives and means of motivation to encourage the team to work in synergy with each other. As a result, the conference will be a success and we will have learned how to work in a business environment more effective

You need to add the Conference execution date ( May 23), as well as a team debrief after the conference has been completed. For the minutes of the meeting can you put the time that you started and ended the meeting? Tomorrow we will be reviewing each other's project plans and I will provide more feedback. The Project Plan looks good!
