Great idea with the visual schedule. You should add some other key items such as final Workshop Material to be submitted and put on the Wiki on April 25. You can also meet in class and may not want the entire lunch each Tuesday. Did your team agree to this schedule?

Thanks! I spoke with my group today and we decided to change the time, place, and day. I've also added the key dates to the schedule.

What time place and day? Add class rehearsal and auditorium rehearsal days. Perhaps you all want to practice before that as well? Probably want to meet April 23 to ensure all work is done and any issues. Make sure update your Project plan and issue document too.
