Presentations is not a management concept found in the text and someone is already doing Prezzi. Is this the same as the first page of the Conference WIKI. Why twice? Exec Team has to review this and make sure ok.

Comments on April 17 deliverable. You should have a draft of the conference overview brochure. Check what Balaj has done for Tech material. You could focus on Management topics and add some of his info for overall workshop brochure. See info on Central Peel website and other conference for ideas. Should have more MOM's. May want a separate page to not clutter your main page. Also need strategic plan, which you have thought about in your SWOT and problem analysis.

I looked over your Project Charter and I made a few changes to it, please review it and finalize it. You need to give a brief overview of the conference, location and date. I also added my new risk analysis on the edited version of the project charter, and it is also available on my wiki page.

Sydney, Workshop Teams were to have reviewed your description of their WS on the webpage and advised if ok on their main WS pages so you can check and also talk to these teams. You also have to put the schedule of the days events on the webpage. Do you have a user name and password from Balaj yet?

For the record, I just read the workshop summaries on the webpage and most need revision to be a short summary of what students will learn about at your workshop. Workshop Managers were all to review and comment on the Wiki, but as we all saw the presentations and exec or marketing person could give it a go. Make sure there is mention of the management skill and technology that will be discussed. Still need logo's. If no logo's add print out of software company logo?

All Workshop logos? Wow. Great. Have they been added to the website? We also need a schedule for the day on the website. The Schedule from Prashanthi that is on the website is internal. We need the schedule for the day of the conference and the scheduled times of the activities (Workshops, Into, Q & A) for our cutomers (Teachers and Students).

Hi, I saw you uploaded a new summary document in publisher. Make sure you also edit the conference website. Balaj should have already given the exec team the password and some training. This way you can add and edit on your own, which is faster. CEO and Marketing are responsible for the material on the website. Balaj might add the Tech page content and tips directly?
