Ilir, As PM, you should have your teams next steps on this main page of your group. Who is doing what when. Many suggestions have been provided in class as well on the Blog.

Ianni, nice job adding a revised presentation and logo. I liked the circles in the Logo. I trust you updated the presentation with info I have suggested in the past. Relevant images, business examples, lots of info on how in the new economy knowledge workers are motivated by internal factors such as giving 20% time or autonomy to be creative. You should reference Dan Pinks's material. You folks will present on Wednesday. Hope you also demo the actual application. It would be nice to see all four of you on Google Plus doing some creative collaboration.

You do not have a completed action plan or things to do list on your main page. It should include the item, due dates and people responsible. Items may include the presentation, review of Workshop description on the website, scripts, duty roster, promotion of your event, etc.

Nice to see John present on Friday and back up Shaq. Your team should still do some major changes. I mentioned things Friday and look at the recent Blog post on the class website, which is not the Collaborative Wiki. Both are websites, but not the same site Ilir! You guys need to all have google accounts and be on the same circle, which you can demo and show via screen prints.

Here are 4 ideas that each of you can research and add a link and info on your own page and then team can decide what goes on the Powerpoint. Or three research and one on powerpoint. 1) Knowledge Worker (CH1) Talk about what motivates the 21st century knowledge worker who is hired to think of creative new ideas, designs, and solutions to complex problems in a very competitive and fast changing world. 2) Autonomy and Self Actualization. Look in Motivation chapter and my page on the class website for information and focus on and define these terms and explain why knowledge workers and even students want some autonomy or choice in what they do. This project gave you choice on topics. Did that motivate your team? If so, share it with the conference. 3) Empowerment. Look up the term in the text related to managing employees. they want to feel empowered to make decisions and be part of an organization or team. 4) Research Dan Paink's work on his book Drive, get a screen shot of the book, review the video. He has three main drives he mentions. I look forward to a very motivational presentation!
