Hi, Cool Voki. Your plan needs due dates? Risks look ok, but many related to job descriptions should have been resolved already. Perhaps you meant the quality of the material completed by the team? MAke sure you review the recent posts on the class Blog. MAy be easier to edit in word and upload the document than editing the table on the Wiki. Especially if major changes.

I like the idea of a key date schedule you added on the bottom, but the priority is getting all bold material* items on the Wiki and handed in to me this Friday, April 25. Probably the video is one item that may not be realistic. Discuss this with the functional PM Team. Tell me if anything cannot be done by Friday. Posters may not be a priority. First the Marketing Plans and content. Make sure you read my last three blogs on content. Help your team.
