I had thought you were going to review all the names each student wrote a couple of weeks ago on the sticky notes and put the top 3 on the Wiki? Know that you know the Themes of each workshop it will be easier to select a topic. You also want to make sure all topics are interesting and practical for our target audience.

Your own account. But get class to add names or select on your name page. You have not made a comment or selection not have other marketing managers. What name do you recommend? Get people to comment on the wiki not a class debate as many teams busy with presentations.

Also Make sure exec team is ready to do a quick example of your intro session on Monday for our conference. You folks have to set a positive example. Perhaps 10 Min and we then get all teams to go through material just to see if everyone is ready. They should all, including exec team, have their presentations on the Wiki and I will make a new page on the class website under conference where people can also Submit so I can easily organize them for Monday.

Can you folks add workshop brochure, which I do not know if anyone looked at, and any other material that is ready to go. Add URL to our main Wiki page with a password and people can look.

The twitter is all set up and once we start our marketing campaign tweets will begin to be sent out (same with hashtags), website is pretty much done other than some of the workshop descriptions/ logos and the page on Executives, posters are beginning to be made but other than that we are making a good start!!

I added some action items on this page and linked to other pages. I also see that Eryn updated the Marketing Plan. Eryn. You should have a marketing things to do list. It can either be on your marketing plan or your main CMO page. Ensure there is a link from main conference page. You can consult with C-Suite or just do it.

Good idea to tweet out a picture of the poster. Keep Tweeting images from our class preparing for the conference and also the promotional videos. We also need some updates to the website. For example there is noting on the exec page. Add something or Hide it. Review and make some suggestions on what can be included. The Marketing plan also needs an update. We should do an announcement and put something on the school TV. Are we planning on a large Ad on the main stairs like SAC does? I had thought that was the poster you were all talking about? Can use same info, but paint. We have all material in the Business Office.
