In section 3 you skipped form 3.7 to 3.9, what happened to 3.8? Overall you have done a good job! However, I think that you need to add a team debrief after the conference.

Were is the information for May like the rehersals and the actual conference. Also update the status as this is a week old. 2.9 is not accurate at 100%. Review Logistics section for more specific dates. Is the creation of the Conference Presentation included? I think this needs some more work. Make sure Rick analysis and solutions updated for April 25 and other times. PM MOM's?

I have fixed all errors on the project plan. I have yet to add the rehearsals and actual conference because I am having troubles uploading it. I will make sure all information is up-to-date by tonight.
